Bonjour! I’m Tiphaine
I’m a French native from Toulouse – the famous “Pink City” in the south of France, where the sun shines, the good food never runs out, and life is meant to be enjoyed.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been travelling, living and working abroad – from New Zealand to Australia, to Canada to Mexico and more – discovering new cultures, learning languages, meeting people from all over the world…
It was through this incredible experience abroad that I discovered my passion for helping others with their own language and cultural journeys. Since then, I’ve been teaching French and absolutely loving it!
And I quickly realised that learning a language is about so much more than grammar and vocabulary. It’s about feeling confident enough to speak, understanding the culture behind the words, being able to express your personality in another language, and sometimes even becoming a slightly different version of yourself. That’s why I want my classes to be a place where you can learn, laugh, make mistakes, experiment and actually enjoy speaking French.
Over the years, I’ve naturally developed a particular passion for helping people who are preparing for a new adventure: travelling, moving to France, going on an exchange programme, or simply wanting to discover a new culture and way of life.
And after spending so many years abroad myself, I know what it feels like to be the person who doesn’t understand everything, to search for the right word, to make mistakes, and sometimes to feel a little lost in another language.
I’m also a certified coach, which naturally influences the way I teach. I want my students to feel that my class is a safe space to grow, gain confidence and try things without judgment.
Whether your goal is to speak French for your next trip, prepare for life in France, communicate with French-speaking people, improve your confidence, or simply learn a beautiful new language – I’m here to make the journey enjoyable, practical and genuinely yours- voilà!
