Bonjour ! ¡Buenos días !
My name is Céline. I am a language teacher and a translator. I was born in the North of France, close to Lille, where I spent my childhood before going to Paris to pursue my studies. French is my mother tongue and I like to say that Spanish is my adoptive language. I moved to Spain when I was 22 and I’ve been living in Spanish speaking countries for more than 12 years.
I love traveling, learning languages and evolving in a multicultural environment. Giving language classes online allows me to live my passions in all its aspects, sharing it with my students and living it in my everyday life through my travels.
In 2011 I received my Degree for teaching French as a foreign language in the University of Maine in France. Since then I have taught French and Spanish at several institutions like the Alliance Française and the Red Cross, and I have been a one-to-one teacher for many people from different cultures and professional backgrounds.
I know that learning a language is a big challenge and, as a language student myself, I know how to manage the learning process, making it easy and fun. I especially like to give one-to-one classes because it allows me to adapt my technique to your learning style as well as the content of the class to your needs and interests.
I also know that learning a new language is the beginning of a great adventure that will open many doors for professional opportunities and cultural experiences. To speak the language of the local people when you travel is the best way to directly experience their culture and enter in their world, that’s why, besides the technical and grammatical aspects, I love my class to be the place of a cultural exchange, so let’s start the dialogue!
À bientôt! Hasta pronto!
