A meal with Reblochon (cheese from the French alps)
It's a speciality from the Haute-savoie region
and it's very good!
For 4 people
1,5 kg of small potatoes
1 reblochon cheese
15 centilitres of cream
Salt and pepper

Clean and peel the potatoes. Cut them in small pieces.
Slice the onion and fry the slices in a little bit of oil.
Add the potatoes, add salt and pepper and fry them in some butter. Cover and let it cook on a low fire. Stir from time to time.
During that time, preheat your oven at 220 degres celcius
Once the potatoes are cooked, put them in a dish and add the Reblochon cheese cut in three pieces on top of them.
Put the dish in the oven for about 10 minutes. Take it out and add the cream, mix it all and put it back into the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and crisp.
Take the dish out and serve it with a green salad.
