Another typical dish with potatoes from the French Alps,
very easy to make and very good!
For 4 people
a little bit of flour
Préparation: In a large bowl, grate the potatoes and add salt.
Add some flour, eggs and parsley.
Heat a good quantity of oil in a pan and add small spoonfuls of the potato mixture.
Brown the fritters on each side.
Serve with a green salad.
(You can if you wish add in the beginning some onnions or nutmeg according to your taste).
